Located 12 km over land and 10 km over water from Venice and is well connected to the city by public transportation lines (water and land).
The airport is connected to the nearby railway station of Venice-Mestre and to the bus terminal of Venice-Piazzale Roma by scheduled bus services, and to St. Mark's Square (Piazza San Marco) by water taxi.

Here land and depart the Ryanair and Transavia Flights.
The cheapest and easiest way to get to Venice is to take the ATVO Eurobus service. Bus times coincide with Ryanair arrivals and departures, and the fare is much cheaper than a taxi. The bus trip is around 1 hour 10 minutes including two
stops in Venice-Mestre.
