Venice by sea: Hydrofoils to/from Venice

Venice by sea: Hydrofoils to-from Venice Regular connections from the Port of Venice to the most famous tourist resorts in Croatia and Slovenia. The high speed hydrofoils and catamarans, an extremely powerful mean of transportation, allow passengers to easily and comfortably reach the Croatian coast of the Adriatic from the terminal San Basilio in Venice.

The fast ferry lines operating at the Port of Venice ensure, from April to the end of October, weekly connections to the most famous seaside resorts of Istria.

Operators such Atlas, Kompass, Commodore Travel and Venezia Lines invite you to visit by travelling on their high speed hydrofoils and catamarans, the marvellous artistic and natural treasures Croatia has to offer: Pula, where precious traces of the "grandeur" of the Roman Empire, such as the Arena and the Excavations of Naesactium, flow into the charming scenario of medieval alleys rich in shops; Umag, with its long sport tradition culminating every year in the International Croatian Tennis Open, Losinj with its capricious and indented coasts and pastel colours buildings overlooking on the bay and much more...

The travelling time varies from 2 to 3 an half hours depending on the port of destination. Daily round trips are also possible. The round trip tariffs are very interesting and approximately vary from euro 80,00 to euro 120,00.

The high speed hydrofoils and catamarans leaves from the Terminal S. Basilio, which can be easily reached by vaporetto or taxi from the Tronchetto Parking area, the Venice Railway Station Santa Lucia and Piazzale Roma.
