Venicecard - The discount card
Venicecard is the discount card by the Municipality of Venice. Pick it up anywhere you arrive to enjoy 1 - 3 - 7 days of unlimited use of public transportation, free access to the Municipal Museums, to the 16 churches of Chorus Association, casino, nurseries and public toilets. Plus discounts and special privileges for parking, cultural sites, events and much more.
VENICEcard BLUE Basic offers you:
- unlimited use of public transports and use of public toilets and nurseries
in the town (2 accesses per day);
- discounts on tickets to see exhibitions and cultural initiatives in Venice;
- discounts in the main car parks, bars, restaurants, hotels and shops in the
town which display the VENICEcard decalcomania;
- free entrance to Venice Casino for senior clients.
- If you book or buy on-line you will receive a free kit with the map of the
town and the exclusive VENICEcard guide.
- It is also available with the ALILAGUNA service, the transport service between
the airport and: Venice / St. Mark's, Venice / Station, Punta Sabbioni.
VENICEcard ORANGE Culture offers you :
- unlimited use of public transports and use of public toilets and nurseries
in the town (2 accesses per day);
- free access to the 10 Venice Municipal Museums and with the 48hours and 7 day
cards, to the 16 churches in the Chorus Circuit, to the Querini Stampalia Foundation
and to the Jewish Museum;
- discounts on ticket to exhibitions and cultural initiatives in Venice (Palazzo
Grassi, Peggy Guggenheim, etc.);
- discounts on the main car parks, bars, restaurants, hotels and shops in the
town that display the VENICEcard decalcomania;
- free entrance to Venice Casino for the senior clients

Rolling VENICEcard is designed for young tourists, aged between 14 and 29.
The membership card is very cheap and entitles the member to discounts
and special offers at cultural institutions and shops and businesses in the
city. Plus, visitors can benefit from a discount (around half price) on the price of a 72-hour
ACTV ticket good on all the Venice, Mestre and Lido water and road transportation
lines.
The card can be purchased only upon arrival in Venice at:
- ACTV/Vela ticket offices ;
- the Tourist Promotion Bureau ( Azienda di Promozione Turistica ) offices
.
Show a current form of identification when purchasing. The card is valid until 31 December of the year of purchase.
